The Rewild Retreat
An immersive 5-day journey designed for men seeking rest, personal transformation, and healing through deep connection with nature.
MEDITATION + MOVEMENT + BREATHWORK + WILDERNESS + COUNCIL + PSYCHEDELICS
April 9-13, 2025
Victoria, British Columbia
The forest is calling.
In the heart of the rainforest, there is a quietness.
In this quietness, your nervous system feels a sense of safety that is rare in today’s over-stimulated world.
No screens, no work, no ads, no noise—isolated from the outside world.
Here, you can relax fully. You can listen and hear yourself clearly.
Here, you can heal and know yourself as whole.
Here’s what it means to rewild yourself…
A lot of men have been conditioned by modern life in a way that exhausts us and disconnects us from ourselves.
As Charlie Chaplin famously said in The Great Dictator, “we think too much and feel too little.”
Many of us are over-identified with our work, always seeing life through the lens of logic, performance, and being “on”.
Rewilding is about rediscovering your innate self – who you are without stress, undistracted, and free – when you’re allowed to slow down, reflect, and connect.
5 DAYS TO…
REST YOUR MIND
HEAL YOUR WOUNDS
GET GROUNDED IN NATURE
MAKE LASTING CONNECTIONS
GET CREATIVELY INSPIRED
RECONNECT TO YOURSELF
-
On our first evening together, we’ll meet for a welcome dinner at 7, followed by an initiatory bonfire under the stars.
Please arrange a ferry or flight into YYJ that lands by 4:30pm, so that you can arrive at the retreat by 6:30pm at the latest.
-
We’ll begin each morning in circle together, sharing movement/yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
Our first full day together is about getting grounded on the land and connected with one another.
We’ll spend our morning doing a series of embodiment and connection exercises, followed by a nature excursion in the afternoon.
There will be lots of time to rest, connect with others, and explore the land throughout the day.
-
On the middle day of our retreat, after the morning practice, we’ll spend the latter part of the morning setting intentions for your mushroom journey.
For the journey itself, you’ll have the option between a low to medium dose mushroom experience, or a deep stillness practice, both of which will last approximately 4-6 hours.
We will come together for a reflection and integration circle before dinner with an optional evening meditation.
-
Day four is all about processing your experience of the past 3 days, and creating the vision for how you’ll move forward. Today you’ll have the option to take a microdose to help you gently reconnect with Friday’s journey.
In the morning, we’ll come together for a breathwork circle, followed by a period of reflection and planning while immersed in nature. In the afternoon, we have something special planned…
In the evening, we’ll have our final dinner together, followed by our celebratory bonfire.
-
On Sunday, we’ll meet for a final breathwork and meditation circle, followed by breakfast.
Departure from the retreat location will be around 11am. That means you should be able to get to the airport by 12, depending on traffic.

We often forget that we are nature. Nature is not something separate from us. So when we say that we have lost our connection to nature, we’ve lost our connection to ourselves.
— Andy Goldsworthy
Feel the transformative power of nature.
During the retreat, we will be engaging with psilocybin mushrooms, an intelligent organism that helps us deepen our connection to soul, each other, and nature, offering transformative spiritual, philosophical and creative insight.
You will have the liberty to choose your dose while we will provide all the information, guidance and support you may need to have a transformative and enlightening experience.
Psychedelics are a bit of a cheat code in self-observation.

Deep down, we hunger to meet our soul. All during the course of our lives we struggle to catch up with ourselves. We are so taken up, so busy and distracted, that we cannot dedicate enough time or recognition to the depths within us.

There is a wealth of information built into us, tucked away in the genetic material in every one of our cells. Without some means of access, there is no way even to begin to guess at the extent and quality of what is there. The psychedelics allow exploration of this interior world and insights into its nature.

Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it's a feather bed.
